Tech Iron Resources Inc. ("TRI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
1. Who we are
TRI is the personal information controller for this website.

Data Protection Officer. For any privacy question or request, write to info@techiron.ph with the subject "Attention: Data Protection Officer", or send a letter to the address above.
2. What we collect
When you visit the website
Our web server automatically records the details your browser sends with each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, the page that referred you, and your browser and device type.
Cookies and browser storage
A small number of cookies and browser-storage entries that the site needs to work. They are listed in section 7.
When you contact us
When you write to us by email, call us, or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address or phone number, the subject and message, and anything else you choose to include.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as health details or government ID numbers) through this website. Please do not include it in a message.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To run the website and keep it secure: delivering pages, protecting forms, and spotting and blocking misuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Section 12(f) of the Data Privacy Act).
- To answer your inquiry and keep a record of the exchange. Basis: steps you asked us to take, and our legitimate interest in responding (Section 12(b) and (f)).
- To show the Google map on our Contact page, only when you accept cookies or press "Show Map". Basis: your consent (Section 12(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal obligations and lawful orders from authorities. Basis: Section 12(c).
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we do not make automated decisions or profiles about you, and we do not sell your information.
4. How we process it
Server records and cookies are handled automatically by the website software. Messages are read and answered only by authorized TRI personnel.
5. Who receives it
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts this website on servers in Singapore and processes information on our behalf. Because those servers are outside the Philippines, your information is transferred abroad; we remain responsible for it under the Data Privacy Act.
- Google, only if you load the map on our Contact page. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Government agencies, courts or regulators, when the law requires us to disclose information.
Our LinkedIn and Facebook links take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply once you are there.
6. How long we keep it
- Web server records: deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Security cookies: expire within 24 hours.
- Your cookie choice: stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.
- Inquiries and correspondence: kept only as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up, or longer where the law requires, and then securely deleted.
7. Cookies and browser storage

|---|---|---|---|
Session cookies (the site's session cookie, XSRF-TOKEN, and one encrypted cookie with a random name) |
Strictly necessary | Protect our forms against requests forged by other websites | Up to 24 hours |

8. How we protect it
We use organizational, physical and technical measures appropriate to the information we hold: the site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), session cookies are encrypted, server access is limited to authorized personnel, and server records are deleted on a fixed schedule.
9. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed whether, how and why your personal information is processed;
- have reasonable access to it and receive a copy;

- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer as shown in section 1. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
